There is no cut-down tier for machines. Search, campaigns, and credits work the same on the web, over MCP, through the REST API, and from the CLI. An agent has the same capabilities as a signed-in human.

Free usage

  • Signed out: 50 searches per UTC day per IP. No credential needed.
  • Claimed account, browser session, or Settings API key with an empty prepaid balance: 100 searches per UTC day.
  • Pre-claim agent tokens have no free grant. Their searches spend prepaid credits only.
Each identified search past the free grant spends one credit. See Credits and payments.
